Contributors Club

The Black Hawk Soil & Water Conservation District helps you and your neighbors conserve our most valuable natural resources – our soil and water. We believe that promoting soil and water conservation is everyone’s job and we invite you to help. Although outside funding is received for certain urban and rural programs under our purview, there are several projects and activities performed by the office staff and District Commissioners that we must rely on local contributions to fund.Examples of these include conservation materials for schools, local conservation awards, the district newsletter, EnviroFest, and conservation field days. Donate now to be recognized as a member of the Black Hawk SWCD Conservation Contributors Club at the districts 75th Anniversary event on August 6th.
